THE SPEAKERS

The stage, set.

Every session comes back to the same question. What happens because of you?

YOUR HOST

Kelly Lucente

Founder, RE-MARKABILITY® | Creator, RE-DNA®
THE RE-DNA® REVEAL + SUMMIT FRAMEWORK

Kelly built RE-MARKABILITY® for people who are good at what they do and tired of having to prove it.

The Summit brings that work into one room for one day, with RE-DNA®, Make It Eight, real stories, live connection, and a framework designed to make the day mean something after you leave.

Every speaker, session, prompt, and conversation is tied to the question underneath every career, business, leadership role, and next move:

What happens because of you?

Kelly will open the day, guide the RE-DNA® reveal, connect the speaker stories to the larger framework, and close by showing why this work matters after October 7.

You’re Being Read Before You Speak

NIKKY PHINYAWATANA

Keynote

From Operator to Recognized Brand

Five restaurants, a cookbook, a James Beard House dinner, and a national speaking career. For years the brand was bigger than the person behind it. This keynote is about what it took to step out from behind the operation and become the person people remember.

RE-MARKABLE TEAM™ in Action

Nikki brought RE-DNA® into a team of nineteen people and watched what happened when an entire organization finally had language for how they operate. The miscommunications that had been running on repeat started making sense. The people who’d been underestimated started getting recognized for what they actually bring. This fireside is about what changes when a whole team stops guessing about each other.

EXPERIENCE MAKERS

The people who set the conditions for the room.

Designed down to the soundtrack.

Kristi Hughes

CEO | The Fermented Experience

VIP Wine Experience

Kristi curates a private wine experience for VIP guests during Happy Hour. Every pour is personal. It’s the kind of detail that reminds you somebody thought about this day long before you walked into it.

Janet Phipps

CEO | NorthStar Mindset Coaching

Opening Intentional Presence

Executive coach who works with senior leaders who don’t slow down. Janet opens the Summit by getting 200 people out of their heads and into the room. By the time she’s done, you’re ready for what comes next.

DJ Miss Mixx (Shea Graves)

CEO | Shuffle House

Musical Director

Shea has been reading rooms from behind the decks for over twenty years. She scores the day the way a composer scores a film. You’ll feel it in every transition and happy hour will feel like you earned it.

OCTOBER 7, 2026

These are the voices you will hear later.

On the drive home. In the follow-up. Before the ask. The next time someone wants to know what you do, why it matters, and whether you are the person they should remember.

That is what the right voices do. They stay with you after the room is over.

Early Bird pricing ends July 31, 2026. Limited to 200 seats.
