RE-DNA®

Complete RE-DNA® before you arrive.

Every ticket includes the RE-DNA® behavioral assessment, a $49 value. You’ll receive a link within 48 hours of purchase. Complete it within a few days. It takes about thirty minutes.

Your results determine your archetype color, your lanyard, and how you experience the entire day. Every lanyard in the room is color-coded. Attendees who complete the assessment before they arrive have a fundamentally different day than those who don’t.

THE SUMMIT

Founders, directors, team leaders, professionals, and entrepreneurs who are good at what they do and want to understand why that doesn't always show. If you've ever been the most qualified person in the room and still felt overlooked, this day was built for you.

You'll meet people all day long. The difference is the room was designed for it. Color-coded lanyards and Make It Eight mean you're connecting through how people actually operate, not through awkward introductions.

Business professional. Dress like you mean to be there.

VIP check-in begins at 7:30 AM. General Admission check-in begins at 8:00 AM. The main program runs until 3:00 PM. Happy Hour and Marketplace run until 5:00 PM.

RE-DNA®

A 48-question behavioral assessment that identifies how you naturally communicate, contribute, lead, and respond. You complete it online before the Summit and receive your archetype combination in advance. It takes about thirty minutes.

You'll receive a link within 48 hours of purchasing your ticket. Complete it within one week of purchase so your lanyard and game materials are ready for you at check-in.

You'll still be able to attend, but you won't have a color-coded lanyard and won't be able to participate in the Make It Eight experience. You’ll want to complete it as soon as you can once you’ve purchased your ticket so you don’t forget.

Many attendees use professional development budgets or employer reimbursement to cover their ticket. Receipts and documentation are available upon request. Corporate tables are available for organizations sending a team.
You reserve a table of 8 with VIP access for all attendees. RE-DNA® is included for all 8 seats and company signage is placed at your table.
Corporate tables are sold as a full table of 8. If you'd like to bring a smaller group, individual tickets may be a better fit.
Yes. Every Corporate Table includes a quarter-page ad in the RE-MARKABLE® Edition. Ad specs and deadlines will be sent upon reservation confirmation.

LOGISTICS

Yes. VIP guests receive a private breakfast in The Inner Room. All attendees receive a buffet lunch, coffee, tea, and water throughout the day, and warm cookies in the afternoon. Happy Hour drinks are available for purchase, and VIP guests receive a complimentary glass of wine from Kristi Hughes, CEO of The Fermented Experience.

Free on-site parking at DoubleTree by Hilton St. Paul East during the day of the event. There is a fee for overnight parking.

DoubleTree by Hilton St. Paul East, 2201 Burns Ave, St. Paul, MN 55119. The Summit takes place in the McKnight Ballroom on the second floor. Take the elevator from the lobby or the stairs at the end of the hallway. Registration is at the top of the stairs.

You leave with your RE-DNA® results, your RE-MARKABLE Edition magazine, language for how you operate, and a group of people who now have a better way to understand what you bring into a conversation. For those who want to go deeper, RE-MARKABILITY Blueprint® and RE-MARKABLE TEAM™ are available as next steps.
